SJVN Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through a three-stage process:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 75% weightage
- Group Discussion (GD) – 10% weightage
- Personal Interview – 15% weightage
Candidates scoring minimum qualifying marks in CBT will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio for GD/PI.
